Nixeus Vue 27" 2560x1440p Monitor

Hey guys,

i just picked up one of these monitors this week and i got to say i am so impressed that i had to post it up for others to know. The picture and color quality is amazing on this monitor. i did a little research before i picked up this monitor and it claimed to have same panels as apple and dell. i can reassure you that it does hold the same quality as said. I believe they only use grade A panels and above. 60hz 2560x1440 27" IPS Monitor with lots of great reviews and features. Has all the output ports that i needed to connect with my PC. i watched HD videos and played some games on this and im stunned. it is such a big picture quality difference compared to my Asus 23" 1920x1080p. I also see that they also have a display port only version aim primarily towards MACs.

From what my friend tells me, they have a pretty good customer service. They were able to work with him for a while to get his situation fixed and was happy to fix it out of warranty. That's one of the main reasons i had to give this upcoming company a try. Especially after they sponsored ZEPHYR dota 2 team.

Anyways i think this is a monitor a lot of people would enjoy so i thought i would post up my reaction on it. The price isn't too expensive as well and i got mine off of amazon. the only problem it came with was 1 small stuck pixel in the top corner that is barely noticeable. i would definitely buy more monitors from them in the future because they are so reputable and true to their product.

$409 is a steep price to just go and upgrade but it does look very impressive.

Can't say I was familiar with the company Nixeus before now though...

i forgot to mention that it is an IPS monitor, so the price is fairly good. same here i havent really heard of this company till my buddy had a hold of this product, and recent talks about their sponsorship.it does seem like they are getting more recognition

the 'company' is few or one mans job that gets cheap (possibly with some deficiency) LG IPS and Samsung PLS panels and then they put their cases and electronic boards to make it work. There are many such small companies and all of them sell same thing: 27" WQHD monitors. Essentially close to HP ZR2740W - the moniotor that is expensive but refurbished versions are selling for $299

The IPS panels we get from LG are not cheap (We wish they were for the A and A+ panels).

To be honest, for the price I'd rather go with monoprice. Guaranteed no defects, no dead pixels, A+ panel.

if you read it carefully it says "This is a Grade A-1 panel, which means no image defects are allowed. That means no backlight bleed, no dead pixels, no focus issues at the edge, nothing wrong at all."

i belive nixeus only uses grade A and above. And no where do i see monoprice saying that its guaranteed no defects. i see that it has a 30 day return policy for pixel anamolies, but so does nixeus and most companies out there.

Sometime panel issues happen that can be the result of rough transit and other issues - we make every effort to resolve every single issue and do additional QC before shipping out to our vendors.

And yes, we only use A and A+ grade panels... a requirement for North America because USA retailers have very easy return policies and to minimize RMAs.
