79 complaints in 36 months where as NEWEGG has had 610 in the same time span!

Just as I have too much time on my hands to post stuff like this, other have too much time on their hands to discredit someone because their price seems too low.

Every place is going to have something bad written, and called out scam after. Its nature of the beast. You cant please every single person all the time, but you sure can piss them all off, and you have to wonder how many of the ones pissed off didnt take the time to read the item postings to see they are used, returned goods, hence why the prices are so low. I know of one person who didnt notice the good were used even though I posted it in my thread title, AND it being posted at the site itself that its used goods

Not trying to stand up for the place, I dont know them, but I take everything I read about a company with a tiny grain of salt, due to you cant make everyone happy all the time, and 80% of people dont take the time out to read the entire description before pulling the trigger, then get pissed off when something else showed up because they didnt read correctly.

I purchased from Consumer Depot before, one of their "Used, like new condition" items. The packaging was completely torn and was taped together with scotch tape. I wouldn't want to take such a big risk as to buy something worth $300 from them.

This is the company with all the lawsuit's about selling bestbuy returned defective stuff...and I should know, I bought a 360 that was DOA, and they would not do squat about it, and the seal was removed, so microsoft would not repair it

Refund or Exchange - 3 No Response

Issue not defined - 1 No Resonse

So that leaves Consumer Depot with 14 No Responses with only 79 complaints over 36 months vs Newegg with 610 complaints and 0 No Responses.

Yeah, good call there.

This doesn't even taken into account the 36 Unresolved.

So out of 79 complaints, they've not resolved or responded to 50 out of 79.

Sounds like a real winner to me!!!
