Georgia is at it again. They realized if they actually let people vote, they aren't a ruby red state. So now come the ridiculous restrictions. If you don't have a car registered in the state, you have to go to a hearing to provide you are literate a resident, of course that won't happen before the run offs. Everyone involved with this should be personally liable for civil rights violations.
