For like the last week or so, I have been feeling drained at the gym. I've been getting enough sleep and rest but its been a no go.

Is there anything that you guys use to give you that energy jolt at the gym?

How's your diet? My diet has had a bigger impact on my energy level than anything else...

well diet consist usually of a egg, cheese and ham on english muffin in the morning or a peanut butter n jelly on whole wheat with two pieces of fruit (banana or apple) with juice and oatmeal.

mid morning i'll have a coffee

lunch is where i usually cheat... whopper jr with extra lettuce n tomato with no mayo and water

mid afternoon another piece of fruit

and then which is usually homemade, i try to keep away from junk food for dinner. for instance last night i had pasta.

In regards to overtraining, my routine is

Sun, Mon - 30 mins cardio followed by lifting

Tues - Off

Wed - Cardio (which i usually a run at the park)

Thur - Off

Fri - 30 mins cardio and lifting

Sat - swim at pool and relax in whirlpool

So i don't think that i am overtraining but i could be wrong :-/

Yah you need a diet boost. Dump caffiene and pasta, unless it's whole wheat pasta, and only as a side. Have protein every meal. My #1 reason for getting into H&F was for energy...I was super-low energy ALL THE TIME. The 6-meals-a-day diet completely changed that for me...I can work from 6am to 9pm on my feet and come home and feel absolutely fine. It's incredible. It's all about fuel man. The basic structure is like this:

Meal #1 - Fiber, some fruit
Meal #2 - Medium meal
Meal #3 - Protein shake
Meal #4 - Large meal
Meal #5 - Medium meal
Meal #6 - Protein snack (2 Tbps Natural PB + 2-3 rice cakes - small protein/fat/carb hit)

Drink water as much as possible and eat every 2-3 hours. If possible, swithch your cardio to the morning before you eat. The meals aren't linear in fashion as far as quantity and content because that's not how our day works in relation to how we feel. I used to get major tired fades around 1-2pm and then after work at 5-6pm, but I don't anymore.

Definitely up your protein and fats and lower your carb intake. Even a regular burger has a crapload of processed carbs. You're sending your blood sugar on a roller coaster ride throughout the day by eating so much carbs, which will definitely make you feel tired (especially an hour after a meal). If you work a desk job try keeping nuts on hand for a quick snack and energy boost. They're energy dense, tasty, and healthy.
