Sweet relish, Miracle Whip Light, dice up a hard-boiled egg and mix it all up with the tuna.

Toast some bread and apply appropriate amount of tuna

or tomato sauce [or ragu] and tabasco/hot chili paste [adding cumin in optional] to tuna

 

With mayo and a little bit of diced granny smith apples its quite tasty.

mayo, worchestshire sauce, garlic powder, diced onion. if you don't have any onions, dig through the wifes spice rack (you'll already be in there for the garlic powder anyway...) and find some dried onions. Mix together and serve on some buttered bread.

My local supermarket often sells chunk white for $.50/can.

Boil up some small pasta noodles, whatever style you prefer. Cool the noodles to the touch with cold water. Add 1 can of tuna, a teaspoon of pepper, a smattering of paprika, and a couple squirts of fat free Italian dressing.

Very Yummy! Plus mostly Sugar free carbs and nearly 50 grams of protein.
