Don't know why you didn't receive the e-mail. Maybe becasue you have a diiferent plan than I do. Here is the e-mail i got on 7/27/07.

As a preferred customer, your plan will not change at this time. Please continue to enjoy your exclusive subscription plan, including no monthly limit on free* movie rentals or discounted game rentals when you exchange in-store, at today's price ? far below the published rate available to new subscribers.

At any point, you can log in and review your current subscription plan or see all available plans. Keep in mind that if you want to change your subscription plan at any point after July 26, 2007, your new plan will be subject to prices and terms available at that time.

Makes me wonder if I have since lost my option to in store exchange for free.

I'm wondering what made you a 'preferred' customer. Low rental/exchange rate? Do you buy the snacks in the store?

I get about three movies a week in the mail and exchange them in-store for another three. I've never bought anything in the store though.

I'm assuming "prefered customer" means "Our database shows that you don't take advantage of our instore stuff" or something like that.

hmm...the internet still tells me I have unlimited exchanges. If it does indeed change, I guess I'll be switching to netflix. That's a shame, I liked blockbuster's in-store exchange policy a lot. I'd update my queue online with older movies I've been meaning to see, and the in-store for new releases and spur of the moment things. It was nice.

yeap. i would usually get my daughter a movie and get whatever looked good.

sur ei can pay the $24 and keep the plan. buf i'm not giving BB any more then i was.

You'll get an email telling you that you're being switched at the start of the next billing period. Your account shows you under the plan you are under for right now.
