No Screen Display

I just got all my new parts and when i turn on my puter i get no screen display. I have tried different processor, monitor, graphics card, and memory, with the motherboard and still get the same results so it seems like the problem is with the mother board though the led on the mobo turns on when it gets power. Everything sounds like it should be running but nothing comes on screen. There are no skrews or anything behind the mobo that would short it out.

What do you think? Is there anything else i could do. Is there something that i am supposed to do to the mobo before it runs (Asus A7V333). What could possibly be the problem?

If it doesn't do anything at all, even beep, make sure your CPU and RAM clock frequences are set properly on the motherboard. I just struggled with an Asus board for an hour until I realized I had to bump the CPU clock speed down from 133 to 100mhz.

How would i go about changing my cpu clock speeds. The only way i know how is through the bios but i dont get screendisplay.


And yea i dont get any beeps

Most of my motherboards have a few sets of jumpers on the board itself.
