no video could mean something's wrong with the motherboard, cpu, ram, video card, or even some other component.
Try unplugging everything you can until you just have the video, cpu, psu, and one stick of ram in the motherboard. If that works, start plugging things in (with it turned off of course) until you find the piece that makes it not work.
If it doesn't work, swap out the motherboard, cpu, ram, or video until you find the bad part.
