No Windows HELP

I use Windows 98 SE and my Windows HELP does not work. I have searched the MS Knowledge Base but found nothing.

What must I do to get HELP back.

Spyware might be involved, and perhaps some stupid plug-in has affected the Help system. If all else fails, you could get someone to send you the few executables for the HTML based help system.
