The 911 is pretty tough to control with a PSX gamepad. At least the say Porsche right though. If anyone caught that Monster Garage last week the must have said "Porsh" around 100 times during the show. :|

The Ferrari is a little easier to control.

I have to go to Fry's now to get a steering wheel, a better video card (currently GF2 GTS ), and a police scanner for my real car.

there are a ton of kazaa servers. WE obviously aren't on the right one. The chances of connecting to his server is purely on a luck only basis. There is no "trick" or "cheat" to connect directly to him, except for getting his IP and using port 1214. (http://hisip:1214)

I had to drop to 800x600 with everything turned up to get it reasonably smooth.

<--- using XP 1500+, 896MB SDR, 32MB GF2 GTS

EDIT: Mine is running @ 640x480x32. 800x600 is playable but not as smooth...which is strange. Prolly cuz the ATI drivers aren't optimized or something.

The PS2 version is SWEET!

I picked it up yesterday and have only had a chance to play a couple of levels/races, but it's awesome

It's got that same Hot Pursuit 1 kinda feel to it with way better graphics. If you liked the first then I have no doubt that you'll like this one

I am having a problem when trying to download the file. I was getting it fastest from the california site. It downloads around 100k till about 27mb is through then it claims the file is complete... Anyone else getting this problem?

mine froze up @ 12.7mb through, claiming 167kb/s with 7 minutes left. It was like that for ten minutes, so i closed the window.
