I think more tellingly - when it did become violent he did nothing to stop it for hours despite basically everyone screaming at him to do something.

Even if you believe that he told them to protest peacefully he was is 100% obvious that he was just fine with violence.

And again, the insurrection aside he tried a coup. The plan was clearly spelled out - have Pence throw out lawful votes which would leave Biden without a majority. Then the election would go to the house where Republicans controlled a majority of state delegations who would then install Trump as president even though he lost, ending nearly 250 years of democracy in the United States.

Didn't bother to watch the twice impeached, indicted for fraud, successfully sued for defamation, and sexual assault, former president's, town hall. So this is really no surprise if you have watched the Orange Menace long enough.

Also, CNN can eat a bags of Ds.

Pretty soon, they will be adopting the fair and balanced moniker. My final statement stands in regards to CNN.

I am still of the opinion that Trump will not be the nominee considering the numerous indictments he’s going to be facing but if he is I don’t think it would be ‘entertaining’.

Remember, this is the guy who attempted a coup and when that failed incited an insurrection that got people killed. He’s now running on the idea of ‘retribution’ against those who attempted to stop the insurrection, and he is once again saying he won’t abide by election results that don’t favor him so that probably means a second coup attempt.

Does that seem entertaining, or does that sound like someone we should be working hard to imprison?
He's got his so who cares, as long as he's entertained?

I don't agree with coup idea, and Trump pretty clearly demonstrated that he continually asked foe a peaceful protest. While those ideas won't wash here, it's the way I see it.
Umm, you do realize that the main "coup" Trump orchestrated wasn't the speech turned insurrection on January 6? It was the targeted lawsuits in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin and a bunch of other states, whereby Trump and his White House/Senate cronies were looking to subvert the Electoral College by having state legislatures toss out election results and name alternate electors. Just because they painted a thin veneer of "legality" on the plot by using the courts, they also likely committed several illegal acts (forgery, fraud) in at least one state (so far Georgia is the only one holding Team Trump to account.)

Do you believe attempted murder is a crime, or does the perpetrator need to be successful in order to be prosecuted?

I'm waiting for the, Trumps not in office, so a coup didn't happen answer.

I guess I will try a reboot. Only way to move up and down in the threads (scroll) is to move the slider on the side. The arrows aren't even responding. Anybody?
Edit: It was only this site. Restarting Edge fixed it. Weird.

I’m almost 100% positive greenman isn’t aware of anything trump was doing outside of giving peaceful political speeches to overturn the election. It’s willful ignorance at this point.

So is there a boycott CNN movement afoot or what?
I think Trump did well, and it's going to be entertaining to see him and Dark Brandon duke it out next year.

Remember Trump tariffs? Inflation does.
Remember Trump judges? Abortion rights do!
Remember Trump tax cuts? Debt ceiling does.

And that's probably too much of an explanation for:

No! Just no!

When todays angry, scared conservatives get a candidate that gives them the validation feels, they glue onto him hard!

Til death do we part. Political superglue.

Trump tells a certain group of people that they are perfect and everything bad that happens to them is someone else’s fault. It would feel very good to believe that. But he’s not fulfilling the main goal; he’s shown he can’t reliably win elections anymore. Without holding political power Trump is just another Alex Jones.

What is a symptom of being a brainwashed Trump dick sucker cult member? Saying shit like "
I think Trump did well
Which proves you have the ethics, honesty, and morals of a crack dealing used car salesman child rapist. Apologies to crack dealers, used car salesmen, and child rapists, for comparing you to them.

Honestly im going to be really interested to see how how mr 80 year old 300 pound big mac even survives a campaign schedule. Id be amazed if he keeps up with the presidential campaign schedule. That would exhaust me and im 40 years younger and in better shape. No way a dude with a secret service call sign of "coronary heart disease" keeps up that pace without a heart attack or stroke.
I used to think the same however he does seem to be a fairly vigorous guy. While I am certain he has health problems he will not discuss he does seem to have more energy than his weight and age imply.

He can’t walk down ramps without help and needs two hands to drink a glass of water.
I get that and the cart(s) and so forth. Really I am just saying the former President is hyper goal focused. He will get it done one way or another.

Walking 10 feet from the golf cart to where his ball is, is not "vigorous", throwing ketchup laden plates at the wall is not "vigorous".
