NOD32 OEM $15 @ Newegg

Wow, I think it's the lowest I've ever seen NOD32 OEM for so low. Right now it's only $14.99 after $10 instant savings and $15 coupon code EMCAJCJAK for Newegg email subscribers. If you are not a subscriber, the subscription is free and Newegg does not spam.

I would buy it now myself but my subscription is good until next April. Does anybody know how long I can wait to activate it after the purchase?

Wow this is really cheap. My subscription isn't up until December but I picked it up anyway.

Not sure how they can tell when a copy was purchased (since you're buying a key and that isn't logged in the receipt) so I would imagine that you can activate it anytime.

Plus, it's really meant for system builders so they would need the ability to buy now and not activate until they used it on a customer's rig.

Anybody know if NOD has the same feature Kaspersky does/used to, where it will check the signature of a file and only bother scanning it if that signature has changed?

Never had any problem activating. I think my last activation was purchased over a year ago...and was for the older version. I downloaded the latest, installed and activated without issues.

So it looks like the OEM version doesn't support Vista 64-bit. Is this true? I've been using the trial version of NOD32 on Vista 64-bit and it is great.

According to eset's product page:

Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows XP (32 and 64-bit editions), Microsoft Windows Vista (32 and 64-bit editions)

I would think it'll be ok, especially if the trial version is working fine.

Does anyone know of any sort of program where you can purchase licences at a discount through nod or kaspersky in an at will OEM type setup, when i make housecalls for computer repairs i would really like to be able to sell my customers a copy of a decent virus scan where either they get a discount or at least a percentage of the sale goes into my pocket, it would seem like something like this would have to exist somewhere. Any ideas?

i use nod32 2.7....even though im hesitant about upgrading, nod32 3.0 is still pretty darn good. excellent deal OP! will have to jump on this for a friend..
