NODANDOON INVESTIGATION - Voodoo3 3000 for $11

After ordering a few Voodoo3s for this amazingly (and shady) price of 11 bucks, and paying with PayPal, I decided to do a little investigating on Nodandoon.com. On their website, they have an address listed in San Jose on Almaden Blvd. I decided to take a trip down there from San Fran.

Update: There is or was a Nodandoon, but they obviously are not running a very good business. Do not buy anything from their site, and if you have, call your credit card company and request a chargeback for not receiving merchandise. Any site that doesn't respond to your e-mails in over a week should not be dealt with.

It still sounds shady to me. The fact that they don't have a warehouse or even and office, does that sound a little fishy to anyone else? I was kicking myself for skipping the deal, but now I think I'll pat myself on the back.

Don't assume that just because someone has a mailbox and voicemail that they are legitimate.

I wish you all well and hope that you get your deal but I strongly doubt that you will ever get boards at that price.

If you paid with PlayPal (yeah, I know the real name), your money is gone! If you used funds from your PP account, your money is gone for good!

Expect to hear nothing or at best, to get some sort of postponement letter telling you of a delay.........a delay caused by the seller's need to spend some of your cash, or by the seller's need to skip town for a while!

Once you have been scammed (yeah, I got snagged on the hard drive scam) you look at these deals a bit more carefully!

That address and company name may be real but bet on the fact that the only checking being done is to rake in a few more &quot;orders&quot;.

Why would anyone sell you 40 or 10 or even 1 of these cards for $11 each when they could easily get two to four times that at a Y@hoo! or Eb@y auction! It is just like those investment tapes sold on TV. How good could those methods be if the inventor stopped using them and is making more money selling tapes!

I wish you the best of luck. I ordered 5 myself, but haven't sent my payment yet wondering with all these order if there would be stock left. So i sent a email which never got replied. But if he does reply and if many people receive their voodoo cards, i'll send the payment in.

I bolded many because that company can just create a few fake accounts on a forum like ours and spread the news of receiving their voodoo cards.

I too ordered one by using p.aypal but my cc statement has nothing listed in the current transactions.... i got email confirmation on the order and all but i guess it got canceled.

The guy at the office said the people who run Nodandoon have been located in their office for a while. He sees them when they stop in to get their mail and has all their contact information. He also said that if there is any illegal business going on, they would not be able to go anywhere without getting caught. For all you people who think it's a total scam and they are going to skip town, go to the office yourself, talk to the people, and then make your decision.

You know that a lot of these scammers will set up a temp office to run things. I hope you guys do get what you paid for, but I just don't see how anyone believes that they'll get a V3 for $11...

that guy could very well be involved in the scam..im gonna go there and ask for the owner of nodandoons contact info...
there are a lot of people that are out of cash on this one..

although many claim they'll be going to get the contact info from this dude for awhile, i haven't seen any info posted so far. as for the company that overlooks nodandoon, have they replied to you guys yet? No one has even seen this person or even talked to him from here. is this just all talk or are we going to see some action?

I have sent a money request to dan@nodandoon.com and this person is the one who refused my request for my refund. ( Amir Ayazi ) I believe this person is in some way connected to nodandoon.com SOme further searching on the web led me to a picture and a address in Virginia if anyone lives ther and is so inclined. Keep this thread updated!!!!!!!!!

i called 703-751-1225 and the broad said she kept getting calls for that buy but she didnt know who he was...im not sure if i believe her or not though
