I just upgraded from a 100% silent Centrino notebook to an Asus F3JA. I'm very upset because of the fan noise of this laptop. The problems seems to be that it's running @ 2GHz when AC is on and so the fan is always running.
How can i reduce the MHz of the CPU just like my Centrino does (it runs @ 600Mhz most of the time)?
Is it possible to make the fan stop or run more silently? Any ideas how to reduce the noise in this laptop? I'm going crazy, damm I love my Centrino laptop
