btw, this MP3 rocks. the sound quality is awesome, the battery life is great, and storage volume is immense. the one knock it has it that it is a bit clunkier than the iPod, but then again, so is my wallet =)

I bought this from Creative when it was $250 with free headphones and I have to say I'm disappointed in it. Don't get me wrong, the sound quailty is top notch and everything, but I can't fit the player in the same pocket as my wallet. All my friends with iPods laugh at me because they have no problem fitting it into their pocket with their wallet...

Sarcasm aside this player is great. I can't believe people would be willing to pay twice as much for a player that is .3 by .6 by .2 inches smaller.

and some ppl can't believe ppl would upgrade their computers every 6 months.. so whats the point

Ordered this 12/15, said it was in stock (1-2 days for shipping) and ordered standard shipping because they said it'd get here by 12/24.


Didn't ship until 12/20, and now the estimate is 12/29. Just sent them this:

I ordered standard shipping on the 15th because your
site said I'd get it by Christmas with that method.
Now the estimated delivery date because you took 4
days to ship is 12/29. This is unacceptable. The only
reason I ordered from buy.com is because I wanted this
by Christmas, and now that it appears I'm not getting
it, it's no good to me.


I think a fair solution would you to overnight me what
I ordered for what I paid for the original order (with
shipping), and pay for the return shipping for my
original order.


If I had known this would have happened I would have
ordered from someone with the item in stock, instead
of just listing the item as in stock and taking 4 days
to ship when advertising 1-2. As it stands now I am
extremely dissapointed.

Regardless of the outcome, this is my last time dealing with buy.com . I know the best I can hope for is for them to pay the return shipping. I'm just going to get one from best buy so I can have it by Christmas.

I ordered mine on 12-16 (Tuesday), and recieved it on 12-18 (Thursday). I was pretty impressed, even though it said 5-7 days shipping.

Oh yeah, by the way, I'm loving this thing.

This is a pretty nice looking player. Except for size the specs are far superior to the ipod

Very nice player. Just for comparison, the Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra 60GB costs less than the 20GB iPod! Crazy! I might just go for the 60GB Nomad Jukebox Zen Xtra.

My creative.com shoping cart still has it for $249, but after tax and shipping it comes to be nearly $280..
