about twice the physical size of a 5gb ipod, but nice. no problems w/it so far. and if i want to upgrade it later, i can always by a 60gb toshiba drive

it looks like its removable, and creative has their own file system and the bios will reformat it for you when you put the new one in.....

ragazzo: are you 100% positive this remote works with the Zen? Says it's for the Nomad 3. I know the other components are all compatible... just want to be sure this one is before I buy.

It will work with the Nomad Zen, or so says the sticker attached to the box which mine came in. Now if my ZEN would only get here...

Got quite a few of bad ratings, Anyone deal with them before? IMHO I would stay away from this company, a lot of people say they get charged and the item never gets shipped.

the NJB3 and Zen use same remote. I have a Zen with the remote, here next to me. works excellent. Also, the hard drive is removeable and upgradable.

Anyone know if this will work with the regular nomad jukebox that BB had on sale for 99 after bates a few weeks ago? Sounds like a pretty dope attachment and make you much less likely to have a wreck while driving. I wanna use mine as a car stereo attachment through a cassett adapter. And looking down at the jukebox could end up costing me a lot more than this little device.

Just got one of these. The size is huge compared to the Sony MD remotes. The Zen remote is approximately the size of a pack of gum.

Pros: Blue backlight, scrolling song name/track info (supports int'l languages)
Cons: Somewhat flimsy construction. The connector and headphone jack dont mate very well, resulting in buzzes and noises. You have to really push the remote connector all the way in. Also there is a strange buzz at power-on caused by the FM radio.

Got mine for $50 exactly.

I've had one of these on order from Techsavings for over two weeks. I finally got an email from them today saying that their ETA is 02/03/03. I'm assuming this date is in American format, so that's in about two more weeks. Not sure if I'm going to cancel my order now or not...
