Does anyone take any? I usually go out late on the weekends and on Sunday nights when I want to sleep by 11pm it usually results in me lying around for 30-40 minutes, and I don't get into a good groove until Tues/Weds night, right before the next weekend comes.
Is there anything good I can take a few nights a week to help me speed up the efforts?
I also usually work out in the mornings so I definitely don't want anything that'll make me feel drowsy when I wake up either.
