I'd probably be a good candidate for antibody testing.
I had the worst respiratory illness of my life back in December that had me go to the doctor for x-rays where the official diagnosis became "inflammation of bronchial tubes" (bronchitis) caused by an unknown viral illness. They told me to keep a close eye for trouble breathing and fever for potential pneumonia. It ended up resolving on its own but it took a long time, and prior to that I had symptoms of a normal flu (stuffed nasals, fever, etc) before all of those dropped out and the lungs/cough just lingered. Honestly the thought of it developing into pneumonia didn't even cross my mind even after the diagnosis. While I did have shortness of breath, it never got so bad that I couldn't walk - it actually did me better to be somewhat active. I did have a measured decrease in lung capacity at the doctor's, but again nothing that required urgent care of some sort.
I've already contacted my doctor about this so we'll see. Maybe a weaker strain was already circulating the population before things got bad in Wuhan and then the rest of the world?
