Noobish Question: Saving Clipart to Hardrive

A user where I work wants to know how to access all of the clipart on the MS Office disc without having to put the MS Office CD in everytime. I did it previously for her, but I upgraded her PC and I forgot how to do it. I know it involved ripping all the clipart to the hard drive in a folder and then telling MS Word or whatever to look there for it.

How do I do this. I'm too damn lazy to look for it cuz I have other pressing matters to deal with. Not being a prick, but I'm the only IT guy for 9 sites and I don't have time to screw around with clipart. Can someone point me to a quickie reference?

Just create a folder for the clipart, then do a search of the cd by the file extension of the clipart (WMF, BMP, whatever it is), then drag and drop the search results to the new folder.

File Management should not require the services of the IT guy. Like Jack says - create a folder. Then use Windows Explorer to copy all the clipart from any source, and even use sub-folders to categorize it by type, subject, or whatever.

What the IT guy might do is ask the employer to let him set up a brief class on how to do it. Call it Training.

I think some of you misinterpreted my question. When you install MS Office, it doesn't install the clipart on the disc. So, when you're in Word and you browse the clipart, it asks you to put in the MS Word CD. Word then retrieves the clip art from the disc.

My user doesn't want to pop in the disc everytime she uses clipart. What I did previously was copy all the clipart from the disc into a folder and did something in Word to make it look for that folder instead of the CD. I'm wondering how to do that. Searched for hours on Google and found jack squat. Who uses Clipart anyways!
