The Prestonia is a 603 pin .13um version of the Xeon chip guys. You probably won't be running that on the desktop for a while...
Jackson technology is still pretty cool though and the desktop P4 looks like it's finally coming of age unlike the Athlon core which is reaching the end @ .18um. The .13um die shrink should breath new life into the chip much like it did for the P3 though so things will be competitive...which is always good!
