My order said processing forever and then I received it. I don't think they update the status to shipped or whatever. If you have any doubts, give them a call.

Does that really work? I looked at one point and thought that their web site said that recent versions check for a current subscription for either LiveUpdate or downloaded updates.

I ordered mine on Saturday the 5th of Janurary (sp?) and it came yesterday actually but got it today since I wasn't home to sign for it.

Worked for me over the Christmas holidays. I updated my just expired NAV 2000 definitions and the definitions in my brother-in-laws 4 yr old copy of NAV (one of these on order for him ). The program didn't complain about either.

I think the subscription concept is just for LiveUpdate. I believe there is a Symantec Knowledge Base article that mentions this.
