Sorry for bumping this back up but has anyone received their order or even a confirmation? I can't check my order status b/c I didn't use Yahoo! Wallet to checkout.
Flatbroke - I order a copy on 3/18 and never received an email confirmation. So, on 3/20 I sent an email to customer service regarding my order - I got an automated response to my question. When I got home that day, the software was in my mailbox. Their customer service sucks, but I received the software in two days via standard mail so I am pretty satisfied.
Excellent deal, but boy am I disappointed in Norton this time around. I installed onto fresh XP Pro, too. The slowdown was insidious--gradually increasing over weeks. I had read nothing of the problems--consequently, the day I uninstalled NSW it seemed like my computer had suddenly became supercharged with speed.

You might want to check it out but I believe that the oem's don't qualify. I usually buy the oem because its still cheaper than retail with the upgrade.
