I think OEM only means it's just the CD, with no manual or box. I believe MS requires that it's OEM products be sold with hardware, but that's specific to MS. It's just like AMD processors, you can get the 'Boxed Retail' product, or the OEM product. The difference is the packaging (plus in this case the inclusion of a fan, and a longer warranty with the retail product).

I ordered two copies of System Works on Saturday August 2nd. for $10.00 a piece with free shipping and they arrived within a week, I believe I got them the following Wednesday in fact. They were shipped flat rate in a standard mailer, you only receive the CD-ROM in a sleeve but I didn't expect a box or anything for 10 dollars. I installed all components of System Works and I can confirm the CD contains the full version of System Works with one year of updates to the Anti Virus. Nice deal considering you get the full versions of Anti Virus and Ghost 2003 that was well worth it for me. I hope this helps you decide on your purchase, like I said the packaging for shipping was nothing special but it did arrive within a few days of my order and I have been very happy with the overall experience.

Ordered and received in about a week. OEM version looks just like the retail which I have at work. The only thing you don't get is the manual which isn't worth the paper its printed on.

I immediately sent payment through PayPal.
As of today, I have not received my order.
I just wrote them via email.
I am starting to wonder if I got RIPPED!!! :| :evil:

I have yet to see my refund reversed through PayPal.
Can anyone tell me whome I can complain to?
