It’s a compressed flake cereal from Britain…kind of similar to compressed Grape Nuts Flakes…IIRC, sold in the USA under the Post brand.Whats wrong with Weetabix?
I've never heard of it....
Its a breakfast cereal in a kinda bar form. Its really dry and explodes into a billion bit when you bite it if you don't have it with milk (as intended). Combined with jam it makes a hideous mess, sort of a culinary form of tar and feathering something!Whats wrong with Weetabix?

I'm skinny and fasting was the worst part for me tooNot eating was my deal. Fat boi's gotta be fed.
Real men do it without anesthesia.
It was fun watching the monitor.
You heard it here first, folks, real men take it up the ass in the morning (while watching it on TV) and then have Five Guys for lunch!I like first thing in the morning appointments. Could not find anyone to drive me at 6am so I drove my self. They still put a port in my arm just in case they needed it. The only time it got uncomfortable was when the camera had to make a hard turn at the top of the colon. The nurse had to push on my stomach to help it turn.
Afterwards I went to 5 Guys for lunch.
Taking my wife for hers at 9am this morning. She got the same tablets as I did when I did mine. Sutab is the name of the pills.Tomorrow is C day. I took the first dose of Picolax at 8 this morning, had a splat about 90 minutes later, then things settled down, making me think, "is that it? This has got to be the calm before the storm, right?" I wonder how fast the digestive express is when it's looking to break the land speed record.
