NOT A HOT DEAL - Gamestop sucks profoundly

So I call over to Gamestop, and have my weekly chat with the manager there regarding if and when I might receive my 360 unit.

I was actually promised an Xbox 360 unit by Christmas, and the store manager confirmed that for me a couple of times.

I have since left several messages for their apparently worthless District Manager, and she has not returned my phone calls. I called the store, and the manager told me that she is not returning any customer's calls regarding the Xbox 360 snafu.

Anyway, just thought I'd let y'all know, so you can adversely affect their bottom lines.

Gamestop and its clones are nuts, they pay like $5 for a game and then try and sell it for 20% off full retail.

I'm fairly sure Gamestop would be happy to sell you an Xbox360 and take your money if they had one to sell you. Your anger might be better guided at Microsoft. I'm thinking your not the only one who was promised an Xbox by Xmas, maybe they were promised more shipments from Microsoft.

Don't quote me, but I do believe one of them bought the other recently. I think it was gamestop that bought ebgames. I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure I heard/read that somewhere.
