I'm 165 lbs and 5'9 which is considered normal weight (upper normal since I don't have much muscle). Problem is my waist is 37.5 inches and my stomach is definitely quite flabby.
I think this may be causing me some problems because my blood pressure is slightly high (142/80) and my blood test shows very slight elevated liver function. Apparently belly fat is a common cause for both.
Why do I have a flabby stomach and which exercises target belly fat? (I don't drink at all by the way, but I do eat too much junk I think)
