gof - those were some good points that you stated. At this point who cares how much he deviated from his "procedure" - she got her money, and that should be the most important thing. She can finally walk away from this nightmare. I'm sure she's invested much more than that in her time, effort, and possibly money.
Also, I've had Express Mail stuff not make it for three days, with no real explanation from the post office as to why. Cost me a good paying job too...
Furthermore, people keep making the mistake that CW had 13,000 customers. They had about 5,000 according to them. They
hosted (again, according to them) 16,000 websites, a big difference. Some of them won't care because they spent next to nothing, and others got refunds by filing chargebacks, so they won't have tickets. And then there are some who don't have a clue as to what is going on (there are still occasional people popping up and saying "my website seems to be down, anyone know what's going on?") and haven't gotten around to filing...
