Also, IF the assertion that CyberWings didn't pay its LS bills is true, one wonders: How can it pay a "legal team"?

Especially a 'legal team' that is monitoring the webchat 24 hrs/day to get names & numbers of his enemies [a tad too much Dick Nixon] .
LMAO

Boy, this is exactly how a scam becomes so real. You probably never heard of Cyberrebate, have you? They lasted for around a year, gave out like 86 million in rebates, and guess what, it was a scam. The difference is CW is probably a stupid scam. The money involved is probably not enough for CEO to flee.

Here is the new Shawn White Q/A session. No satire here. This is the real session from July 18th, the last time anyone has seen CEO-SHAWN.

Link

Q: Shawn....so the "special" accts still apply? I bought a Lifetime Reseller 1 (that was 5xed) from teh birthday sale
A: Yes, all special accounts, lifetime accounts, etc. STILL apply. I gave guarantees and am standing behind them - did I mention that the 100Mbit line is BLAZING fast and our Dual T3's have 2 second BGP4 Routing Redundancy!?!?

LOL

At this point... i REALLY don't care what happens... I payed 30 bucks to watch this soap opera, and it was worth every penny

I will say... if this IS a scam, then ceo-shawn is the greatest conartist ever. He can keep my 30 bucks, he earned it. lol.

That's what I expected.
Anyway, other cheerleaders, any updates? It's 3:00pm here in Maine, and no signs of CW yet. Did CEO flee already?

Anyone who paypal'd CW more than 30 days ago (Paypal dispute limit) BUT less than 60 days ago (credit card dispute limit) successful in persuading Paypal to refund them?

I t really hasn't been good the last couple of days (not like the 2 weeks before that were any better)...last night the channel get hit with a series of flood attacks - which drove the OP away (It was like watching a riot take place). Once the Ops disappeared a state of anarchy took over until the returned and got thing back under control. Today Geek has been on a kicking frenzy and the channel is now locked down tight until they get some info from Shawn (and since he's busy getting that equipment up ang going to everyname server on the internet and personally entering his info, he's unavailable - maybe he should have gotten a 5th cell phone (a satellite phone at theat). So basically it stands at martial law right now...this is too good...much better than DirectTV has...I just hope he can keep me entertained unitl the Sopranos come back on. Kwad, you haven't heard from him, have you?

Here's a cruel shot, but I can't help it - it's too easy...

"New star of the last season of OZ - CEO Shawn White!"

I could have gone a lot further with that, but it really is in poor taste and offensive. So I'll just leave him in Em City and let the true scriptwrites decide how he's going to be shanked/poisoned/beaten to death...

I don't quite care about my 2 accounts either. I just want CEO to lie or post something stupid again, so we can all attack him and his cheerleader. It will even be better if CW comes back for some time, get more people to sign up, get the cheerleaders going again, and then turn out to be a real scam. I just can't wait to get more update. It's just so much fun.

i ran the adress on EarthViewer. and all pointed out to a real place, but the image is extemely blurry. I've searched for a lot of things and this is the first itme i've seen ssuch a blurry image. Sooo, maybe CEO was telling the truth about the fact that he shares rack space with government servers, and hence the CIA/FBI/Men In Black/DOD doesn't permit the satelite to take images of it. I wonder.... hahaha not.

I want my F'n e-mail acccount back up. But, i'll probably just use this cyberwings account to flame his e-mail account. To bad i dont know the numbers for all his 4 cell phones. He must either have a extremely heavy belt or a big buldge in his pockets... which might be his cell phones or the fact that he's happy to see all our money still in his hands.

Credit card dispute time is generally 60 days from when you get your statement. Gives me plenty of time to hold out hope for cheap pop email.

Folks, please. These are emotional times, and I think it's important that we all keep our eyes on what is most important: NOT whether or not CyberWings ever goes online again -- as Wolfgang has said so eloquently, "time will tell" -- but when, exactly, CEO will be releasing further statements. Because really, that's what I'm in it for.

I think it would be great if it actually came back up and then everyone intentionally used all of their bandwith. You know, put a 100 meg (or whatever is your space limit) dummy file on your website and then download it up to your monthly limit over and over again. Wait until he starts getting bills for all of that data transfer. He might have to start asking for donations again, or sell some more secret $5 kits, or all cyberwingers could sell the $5 kits and then give shawn a kickback. Wait, I bet everone could sign up other people and then recieve a commision from the people they signed up sale's. I think I smell a 5x kit double zap coming on.

I wish I knew the law better - cause there's got to be a law in this Cyberwings story that Shawn's broken.

I think this is all gross incompetence on CEO's part... but that doesn't excuse the legal side of things. Of course, who's going to want to persue action against him for a $4.00 account?

The strangest thing is that Cyberwings employees are all getting upset with their remaining customers, telling them they're acting too negatively and they need to be more patient ... oh yeah, and that God was no doubt upset with the customer conduct in chat (that WAS actually said yesterday by Shawn's wife).

Has there been any update from Shawn in the last 48 hours? It's now Saturday -- where's service? Where's IRC? Where's my automative PayPal refund? Where's that questionarre? WHERE'S CYBERWINGS??
