I can only guess 2checkout is taking it on the chin for the sake of their customers when refunding Cyberwings chargebacks.

When I processed chargebacks, it cost the company $30 per chargeback. That means 2checkout is going to have quite a bill to collect from CEO when all is said and done (nobody just hands out refunds, even with insurance, without trying to collect). It's going to be interesting to see how (and if) CEO ever can accept cc payments in the future, IF he gets some type of service back up.

Shawn's probably forgotten about the whole Cyberwings mess and is on to the next con.

I was thinking the same thing. People said that PayPal stopped refunding money after the Cyberwing(s) acct was dry but 2checkout is still processing refunds. I can't imagine that they're just going to eat that loss.

I hope the corporate sharks go after his a$$.

I didn't contact anyone but American Express ( about a month ago) and they did an immediate charge back and credit to my account. VERY COOL!
Amex Blue- no BVG, but lots of others perks- like good customer service and 1 time use numbers!!

Does he realize many people feel the same about his company? And considering that Rackshack was kind enough to temporarily reactivate servers so HIS customers could back up their sites...I believe he should be taking notes from Marsh as to how to keep the general public from demanding blood. This guy's learning curve is a flatline.
