The Brothers Grimm
How does one f’ up such a straight forward movie concept? I know, add the French! It’s like they had two script writers who couldn’t agree on anything. The main story was a slam dunk with hundreds of fairy tales to tap, the script should have written itself. When the movie stuck to the plot, it was pretty good and the visuals were great. 5/10.
Interesting. I assume you're talking about this film: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0355295/
I didn't think it was a *great* movie, but I'd class it as a perfectly enjoyable movie. It's been a while since I last watched it, but aren't there like 10 lines or less of French in the entire film?
Good Luck to You, Leo Grande (2022)
Interesting film. IMO it's about working in the sex trade as it is about toxic attitudes towards sex.
