I've got nothing from them. Think I used to have some el cheapo RAM -- their budget line. Stuff worked.

I'm basically an Asus fanboy. I've been running their motherboards for years, and I have an Asus router now as well.

Also agree about G.Skill. Another good mfg.

This myself, nothing wrong with Corsair RAM, but prefer GSkill personally.

Asus for MOBOs

Noctua for fans and coolers.

Antec for PSU's, depending on who actually makes em, even for most of my cases, but if I rebuild might change down the road.

Even have one small HAF I like in the bedroom for a big HTPC.

Some of the Corsair cases might try out in the future even.

HDD's I like Western Digital, SDD's Samsung.

Last Video card bought was an Asus DCII TOP 280X, I just like certain things over there years I guess and stay along those lines.

Dell and HP I wouldn't buy the computers personally, but have several monitors around.

Logitech for my trackballs, yeah I like trackballs, wish they still made non wireless ones.

And still just use a Microsoft Natural 4000 Ergonomic keyboard for my big fingers just because I like it, and have had several over the years.

Just IMHO.

Been happy with the service from Corsair the couple times I've done an RMA. No real hoops to jump through. I've probably used more of their RAM and PSUs than any other company.

My only hang up was they were out of stock on a replacement power supply and I had to wait a couple weeks. I didn't complain though since I already had a backup power supply in place and didn't really care on the timing.

Corsair, Asus, Logitech. See sig rig. Says it all. (Though I agree about GSkill RAM)

Add Fractal Design to this list.

When I built my server I used a FD Define Mini as the case. There were 2 rubber grommets for placing coolant hoses that didn't get shipped with the case. I e-mailed Fractal Design and asked them how to get a couple, assuming it would cost me a few bucks. They responded in 2 hours and said they'd just send them. 2 days later I had an envelope with the rubber grommets.

Same build, same day, I moved my 2 year old Corsair PSU from my tower to my Server. 2 of the modular cables were cracked/broken where the SATA port plugs in to the HDDs. They sent me 2 new cables, but it took almost 5 weeks and a few e-mails to get it going; Claim, Purchase Documentation and a 3rd when I hadn't heard anything in like 3 weeks. They said it took longer because I requested a warranty part while they were doing inventory. Of course I had no way of knowing if it was true or not.

I use Logitech because of their legendary service, too.

Never had to warranty anything Asus but I use their motherboards almost exclusively at this point.

I remember about 7 years ago when I was building a rig with an AMD 4400+ CPU. It seemed to be DOA, so I filed a warranty claim with AMD. I never got a reply back but 3 days later a new CPU showed up at my door. I e-mailed them again about sending back the old one and they never responded. Ended up being a bad Abit motherboard that I RMA'd to NewEgg. Gave the extra CPU to my brother.

The hard drive went out on my mac book air: I brought it to the apple store and they replaced the hard drive and re-installed the OS the same day.

Corsair will replace your entire computer if one of their water coolers leak onto your other system components. Source: I used to work at a gaming computer company and we didn't cover water damage. I just told customers to call up Corsair.

Also I will never buy Razer again. Good products, horrible software, and they won't help you with it if you are out of warranty.

I saw a guy at Overclocker.net who had a H100 Leaked on his Video card and Corsair sent him a check for 300 to replace the video card. So yea, it not out of ordinary.

Heck, even Corsair George event went on record to say that they will replace no question asked if you can just show the photo of the leak and the affected area.

Apple usually replace shit no question ask to because they just want to get you out of the store.

I got a problem with my iPhone 5 home button, they just replace the model in 2 minutes and tell me to GTFO

Update from corsair:

I got a new post in my RMA ticket from corsair. They stop producing HX750 and will instead send me a new HX750i.

Great service.
