I have been scouring the net looking for a great price on a good video card, and almost bought a Leadtek GF3 Ti 200 TDH last night, but decided to sleep on it. Leaktek no longer makes this card - it is/was a 3.8 ns with tv out and dvi connector. Very nice card, about $200 if you can find it.

Just checked the net again and came across this deal. A new eVGA model - GF3 Ti 200 with 3.3ns memory. Also has TV out and DVI connector.

There are a few listings for this card, but the best buy right now is Buyeee.com - $189 w/free Fedex Saver shipping. They will have this card in stock on Monday, December 10th and are taking pre-orders. They will only receive 124 cards with this shipment. First come, first serve.

Right now, there is only 123 available.......!!!!!!! Get 'em while you can!!!

:Q:Q

Viahardware.com now has a link to a picture of the card. Check it out!!!

Not to thread crap but here is the link to the product. It has 4ns ram and is clocked just like every other Ti-200. It does have TV-out and DVi input though.

WTF are you talking about?!? Buyee.com is all in CHINESE and looks like a record store or something.

Better links, puh-leeze!

It's ok with me if you crap on the thread..........I just hope you have a working toilet bowl with a working flusher.

Shoot me, ok.........I left off an "e" at the end of Buyee...........it is Buyeee.com..........I dont know how to make and post a "link" otherwise I would have.

This is a brand new eVGA card as I stated in my original post. The one referred to above is the older version.

Go to Buyeee.com, or go to PriceWatch and find a few listings there...............

OK, Now????

um, the description says 3.3ns and 600mhz, but when you get to the specs, it says 4ns and 350mhz..... hmm..... interesting.....

*edit* I'm talking about the one on buyeee.com

<< $189 shipped is here Under the product specs, it says 4ns, not 3.3.

They have it here for $178 plus shipping, must mention pricewatch

Like whiplash said, the manfacturer said that they are 4ns also. I've seen the Ti200 with 3.8ns b4. I doubt they will put better memory on the ti200 rather than the ti500.
>>

This is not the same video card............the one with 3.3ns is $199, and you cannot click on it to purchase it, so I dont know what the shipping is. Probably like Buyeee.com it is not in stock yet........but still $10 more, with no idea on shipping.

I said, "must mention pricewatch" because it's listed on pricewatch for $178 plus $13 shipping.

Yes, thats right..........but as of right now eVGA does not have the card on the website, so Buyeee probably had to show the old description of the card.

However, if you read the whole thing you will notice that they do say that the 3.3 ns card is the NEWER version, and even give you the new product code.

BTW, the 600MHz is the max speed of 3.3ns memory, this will not come clocked at 600MHz. It will probably be clocked 175/400, the regular speed of a GF3 ti200.

DefRef...........you are rude, and should be made to go to your room.

When someone is trying to post a good deal, and there is an obvious error in the post, why not just ask for clarification instead of the WTF's and the puh-leeze!'sssss.

In this medium where we can only see typewritten words, and not facial expressions - some of us might think that youre an A$$HOLE!!!

I'm heading to my room now.........:Q:Q

#064-A4-NV40-S1 is the part number for the link I gave and is the part number for the card is this post. I think buyeee is misrepresenting this product.

You did not read the whole description, and Buyeee is not misrepresenting the product.

Go to PriceWatch and you will see that there are three or four different suppliers listing this N - E - W video card, with 3.3ns written in the description.

Ok, I think you are probably right.........but, tell me - how well do you think it will overclock?

MSI makes a GF3 Ti 200 with 5 ns..........do you really think they will both have the same real-world performance?.......hmmmmm?

The one with 3.3ns ends in E1, not S1. It's not listed on eVGA's site.

If not overclocking, the two cards would be very similar in performance, but the 5ns won't clock over 500MHz.

Overclocking? I'm sure the memory will handle 600MHz, but it's the card I'm worry about, I don't think that GF3 was made to handle 600MHz. BTW, I've never heard of eVGA, how good is their warranty?

By definition 3.3ns memory would run at 303MHz or 606DDR. I haven't seen anything that fast. Wasn't the GF4 supposed to have memory running at 600DDR?

I think the warranty is for one year.

When the first GF2 MX's came out, I bought one because of the speed of the memory. I have had the card for almost two years now, and have had no problems with it. I did not overclock it though. YMMV.

Is this a better deal than the Raedon 8500? I got one of those from Dell but haven't opened it as I keep hearing that the nVidia is a better deal and that the drivers for the 8500 suck.

Thanks

At default speeds the Radeon 8500 is a little bit faster. Since you have the 8500 already, you should keep it. Go to rage3d to get beta drivers and check out the forums if you have any problems.

Do you plan on overclocking it? If not, the rating on the memory doesn't matter that much since the core/memory speed are all the same on the ti200.
