According to what you have posted mate it sounds like an appropriate diet and can work for you,Just manage your workout routine as much as you can because that is what is gonna take you to the next level,Just stay focused.

Im 70kg and 5'9

Squats - 70kg (doing bill starrs rehab thing right now for squats, pulled a hip flexor digging a pond hole, was at 87kg before)
Deadlift - 97kg
Bench - 72.5kg
T bar row - 35kg (just started these, liking them better than the pendlay/bent over rows, gather its just as good a move to be doing)
Overhead press - 40kg

Cool man. Just keep sleeping, eating, training and being as consistent as you can. Your first year you should be able to get your bw to at least 80kg if not 82kg. The guy I'm training is 5'10 or maybe 6' and is up 8kg within 3month to 72kg since training with me. Granted he is 17 so will pack on size fast being young and a total n00b.

Gloves are only acceptable if you have a vagina.

some tough love coming....

get rid of the b1tch mitts and you will be that much closer to your goals

I use to wear gloves about 15yrs ago when I was 14. I'm not sure why I wore them but I went to Argos and got some haha. I stopped wearing them after 3-6months?

As for the "bitch mitts" Ive just given the deadlift a shot raw and only managed 2 reps, hands hurt like hell, used to do 5 with gloves. However I used the block of chalk ive been neglecting and managed 5 so ill use that in future.

At 97kg, you should still be ok for an overhanded grip. I think you're gripping the bar incorrectly if you're having pain. Try to unpinch your skin before you perform the lift. Hard to explain, but rub your hand around the bar into the lift position instead of gripping and pulling into your lift position.

Eat five to six small meals a day instead of three meals. Also drink ice cold water it'll speed up your metabolism. P.s. Eat raw foods like uncooked celery and stuff of the nature it will also speed up your metabolism.
