Make sure to look at the settings for each card on the graphs, the 6800 Ultra is almost always running a higher level of AA\AF than the 5950 Ultra and 9800 XT.

Whether or not the 6800 benchies are on higher res with more AA and AF, they still suck. 28 FPS in ut2k4 with 4x and 16af is better tahn current cards, but still unplayable. I dont know about you but I cant play with 28 FPS. I am unipressed so far...

I think we all are, but I think we should all realise its not a proper review yet, plus we hav'nt got other reviews yet, lets see how things go today with the reviews.

I'll be more interested to see Anand's review, Kyle/ H has been on the anti nVidia warpath for a long time now. (remember his "Oh you despicable cheaters" rant?)

In any case, I think those benches were most impressive, although not enough so to make me not wait for the ATI benches.
(sorry BFG - I can't overcome this raging nVidia obsession!)

16 pipes and SM 3.0 is looking a definite. Also FP32 at full speed, assuming it's not marketing speak, is very good news for nVidia.

But 16xAF? Woohoo! Finally nVidia, you got with the program.

guys, the most important bench is the CoD bench: 50% faster is the 6800 over the others.

Actually seeing as how every card is very playable at their respective quality settings I would say that is the least important bench...

It did help. The 5800 Ultra compares pretty favorably to the 9700 Pro using the newest drivers.

And the time differential between the newest drivers and the release of the card is how long? It may still help, but it's still not very nice to the people who actually bought the card to make them wait for speed increases which may affect a multitude of games, unlike actual drivers issues which affect one game at a certain setting.

What is so unimpressive about these benchmarks? It looks like the thing is flying and did you see the FS2004 screenshots? It looks like Nvidia cleaned up their AA also. Wooohooo!

Looks solid atm but will await more reviews to make a final judgement.

Ugghh...i'm bored already. This is a dissapointment. This better be fake, or crappy drivers, or something, because this is not worth upgrading to if you have a 9700pro/5900U and up. And that is being polite.

This HAS to be fake , they POSSIBLY cant suk this badly. Who cares how Quake 3 engine runs , we're still getting good frame rates with fx5700 with tha engine.

Look at Far Cry 1.1 , they just HARDLY even things up with 9800XT , only to run AA one notch higher. This HAS to be fake , i cant see nVIDIA making all this fuss for this marginal bump in the azz.
