Okay, what's the verdict upon upping the memory clocks of the 8800GT to beyond 1000MHz? Is it safe and stable? I've heard from numerous people on these forums that the RAM is rated at 1000MHz and would therefore drastically reduce operating life if the clock speeds go over recommended settings.
