Corpo bugman speak for we be makin robots that will do various jobs, drive cars badly (think faulty power cables or black screen crashes) so give us money for it.
Car accidents happening with one robot? Add one more to takeover if the main one glitches. Add a third one for the rich and famous that keeps watch on the paparazzi following the car!

my brother has the samsung version of it thats not OLED.
Its basically 2 4k monitors streched in a very nasty ARC.
You can't even arm it, because the torque on the monitor causes 99% of the arms to tilt.
But i heard a 5090 is enough for it, which is why im trying desperately to get 2 5090's.

One for him and one for me.

He needs an ice version so he will end up paying more initally, while i am looking for the FE version, but after i buy the expensive as hell waterblock for it, which runs almost 200-300 dollars i think we'll almost be even... wait... no i think i'll still end up paying less for my card which will probably run rings around his because it will have a full cover waterblock keeping this stupidly hot as heck ram in check.

And you wonder why eVGA gave nvidia the middle finger and said no more GPU's.
IDK why the title says Alienware, it's the Acer. Article is not clear if the SS are 2x1440p or 2x4k. The Acer is VA.
I have a Nixeus 34 1440p UW with 1400 or 1500 r curve, it really doesn't bother me at all. I also have a L shaped desk though and it fills in the corner well. IMO. Coming from a dell 24 16x10 1200p monitor.
The monitor in article has an impressive pixel per inch though. right around the SS G9 NEO +/- less than 10 ppi.

I really wonder why EVGA does not build AMD cards. Unless they had a stupid long non compete agreement. MSI is out of making Radeon now, and increasing prices just like ASUS.

EDIT: While doing some digging on price, found I think it was a LG that was bendable for user configuration.

If the 4060 Ti is any indication, a lot apparently.
4060Ti likely sold the least of the previous generation, because both versions were overpriced.
And let's not forget that 4060Ti was released almost 2 years ago, current requirements of games are higher including Vram, but of course more Vram won't help you everywhere.

I am 99% certain 5060Ti will cost less than the previous generation.
5060Ti 16GB -> $449 (129%)
5060TI 8GB -> $349 (100%)
That's not a small difference in price, especially not when you won't see the difference everywhere.
That's why the 16GB version should be the full 36SM chip, while the 8GB version a cutdown one -> 30SM, that would be perfect.

Why perfect? Because with only 30SM enabled It will be just a bit faster than 4060TI 8GB and It will make more sense to invest in the 16GB version instead, which will provide more Vram and up to 20% higher performance. So more profit for Nvidia. I am a genius.

Rubin will probably be sold at $50k+ profit per GPU yet Jensen is too cheap to use N2

Guessing that's speculation by Semianalysis... but also accurate.

Really though, I'd be a bit surprised if you see anything on N2 other than Apple and Epyc Dense by the end of 2026. Even for iPhone, they are talking about the 2026 iPhone maybe using N2.

i honestly gave up looking at AIB's.
I am trying to get the founders edition or the PNY card because i end up tossing that big chunk of metal heat sink off in lue of waterblock.
And it shows you need a waterblock on these cards because of how hot the RAM can get, and i am not a light gamer either.

I will sit for hours when i am off and game non stop, or leave my PC on forget about it while its in the game, and come back serveral hours later only to realize how many wasted KWH i spent on my idling system in that game.

^^^ actually good in a really twisted way. Maybe some of the morbidly obese rich guys will eat that, have a heart attack and sell off their Nvidia hardware to cover medical bills.

WIN WIN!

Oh, sweet summer child, it's benevolent of you to think nVidia gives a damn about giving consumers value for their money these days.

Nvidia doesn't care about consumer value, but they still have to price It in a way people will buy It.
My idea was to cripple the base 8GB version to make buyers think the more expensive one has more value in comparison, so they will buy that instead, nothing more.

edit:
At $449 and 25-30% higher performance would mean 39-45% better perf/$ than 4060 Ti 16GB. That's pretty good improvement to be honest, If you can get It at that MRSP.

Im pretty sure you gonna have missing Pork ROPS in those sausages.

Nvidia doesn't care about consumer value, but they still have to price It in a way people will buy It.

They dont care about gamers anymore and basically telling us to just get the professional series for more.

They know whales will pay for it.
Not being able to keep inventory on even the 3400 dollar ASUS card is a statement itself.

So they are trying to see if gamer will buy the 5000+ dollar titan 5090.. aka the PRO card because Gamers are stupid like that sometimes.
But PLEASE DONT TELL JENSEN if he adds RGB to that PRO card, he can upsell it an additional 30% and call it ESPORT PRO Edition.

Then he will have 6 T-REX's in a room... One RTX RPO dressed up as a LAMB.

EDIT:

the firm has managed to ship out 3.6 million units of its Blackwell GPUs to the top four US CSPs, and this doesn't take into account AI-based firms or even startups

I dont know if this was posted... but yup... RIP Nvidia gamers...
I really do not want to support them anymore, but unlike ASUS where we can go somewhere else, there isn't a alternative to the 4090/5090.

But... Do you need to? No matter the costs? If there's a lesson for gamers to be had, is this one. Cheer for a monopoly, now you got one and deal with the results of your actions (not you personally)

Having no competition means they can ask whatever price they want. 10k? 15k? Some will pay stupid money just for bragging rights

It's happening on the CPU side too. Ryzen X3D CPUs are being scalped hard because AMD can't provide enough of them. Intel decided to just give up and not compete with them for the gaming crown.
