A car might be worth 10k less without those - some options are must havePeople pay like 2000€ for a prettier color and another 2000€ for sports rims on their cars.

That's Ultra.It's now 4 dies in one.
That's Ultra.
Vanilla Rubin is half that.
you just need nuclear reactors (no, I'm serious).Hate to see the power draw... imagine Data Centers will have to build power generators on site soon.

Oh, I could believe that.
He is actually being serious.
Nothing really exiting, other than the news that 3GB chips are actually shipping. Holds out whatever faint hope we might have that they'll nix the 5060 Ti 8GB and do a 12GB instead.
Here's the "RTX Pro Laptops" as well. Only the top model gets 3 GB chips, and there's even a 96-bit 6 GB model.
I don't watch videos but I watched that one. Wow. Amazing, super fun!I have not laughed this hard at a tech tuber video ever. The first 4 minutes are LMAOWTFBBQ. This is comedy gold-
Denny's Nvidia bites. I keed you not, Nvidia bites. It's the Jimmy Dean sausage king sausage dipped in pancake batter corn dog bites?
Doesn't take a Ph.D even for rabid fans to figure out that they are being played by Jensen. On a different note, the bitterness towards the 5070 - even calling it ewaste - surprised me in the Slickdeals thread that I got the deal from above.. Maybe this launch will be even more costly to their reputation than I thought.
I stumbled across Raja's Xitter post about GTC. Even he acknowledges the industry is a little *too* enamored by Nvidia:Doesn't take a Ph.D even for rabid fans to figure out that they are being played by Jensen.
Either 50% higher VRAM or 25% better performance would've been acceptable. They didn't get either.
You will receive a decent increase in performance.
Videocardz claims to have the final specs of the 5060 Ti. So you get 6% more cores as it is the full GB206 as well as a small stock frequency boost. TDP is also higher, probably because of the GDDR7.
Still 8 or 16 GB btw.
That is is the full GB206 does increase the odds that 5060 ends up being GB206 as well.
But the question is what will Nvidia ask for the 16GB version, 8GB is already DOA.
MSRP should be $450 max but obviously everyone will price gouge it, ending up with a "realistic" price of $600 or more.Still think it's gonna be $500 for the 16.
