90% of their content is just copy/paste from elsewhere. And some of those other statements are pretty darn close... Now I wonder if the WCCFTECH article is just an Nvidia plant or marking piece or did they just plagiarize?

This is how Nvidia makes the RTX cards' performance delta look better.
IIRC, the games that can use it have not been released yet.So does anyone here have raytracing in their lives yet, and is it better than expected?

Nor have any graphics benches had the RT bits released yet.
Yes but no one knows if/when that will be.Ah. Some older/new release games have planned updates to add it in, right?
First $999 2080Ti
It's an evga as well, so hardly a budget make. Have to lol at the fact that $999 is now seen as a bargain...
This logic makes no sense.First $999 2080Ti

Lots of 2080 in stock here.
I think nv overshoot it by 30% with this card.
1000 USD is crazy but there is buyers for it because it's the fastest.
2080??
Who is the buyers?
Seriously?
Makes no sense that card. In fact neither does the 2070 as it's also over the top.
Nv needs something for the 300- 350usd bracket.
Wow my 2080 Ti straight up died after a week. I just got a refund, can't be bothered and switching back to my 980. Kind of bummed, was looking at a ultra-wide. Maybe I'll look for a 1080 Ti or just wait some more.
Posted thread without checking others, sorrySeems like a lot of issues with 2080ti, especially FE version.

Given these prices its safe to say we are back In boom times. My advise would be to save your money as usually we follow with a bust pretty soon. This is just a gpu. It's not even a very good one.
Remember add this to your £1000 iPhone £600 i9 cpu and all the other record prices companies are asking for and you will see just how much disposable income you are setting on fire here.
They are crap.Your comments about top tier, best in the world products are hilarious given the i9 and 2080TI are the fastest gaming products available. "Not even a very good one" is ludicrous. They may have poor price/performance ratios, but saying they aren't "very good" is simply wrong.
They are crap.
Ray tracing doesn't even work at any other than 1080p and barely. Performance is rubbish for a new Ti model. Ti to Ti upgrade should be a huge gain not 25% max.
The i9 and the whole mainstream platform sucks and the X series has been lost since they launched it.
Never been a worse year for the enthusiast pc gamer
We waited nearly 2 years for 25% performance for 50% more cost. They're good products with poor price/performance compared with past models (that are still on sale at a nice discount). It's never been a better time to be a PC gamer.
Yeah, next year will be great with increased fabrication capacity leading to much lower prices across the board but it's far from "the worst year for the enthusiast pc gamer".

It's a bad product because it was never in the road map and what looks like reject tesla chips sold as desktop parts. And if they were priced reasonably we wouldn't be having this conversation. Until 7nm capacity is significantly greater than now and/or we see multiple GPUS connected via something like infinity fabric, expect extremely expensive GPUs and stagnation in performance gains.
It doesn't change the fact that the i9 and the 2080ti are the fastest gaming products available and nowhere near bad products.
