from what i can find, this isnt a simple question to answer, will they both work yeah most likely(it should be supported is sata mode, it'll just run alittle slowly than NVMe), now will they run at the full specs of that NVMe drive? well that depends are you using any sata ports/how many? are any of the the pcie x1 slots used? if so how many, from what i found they can share bandwidth.

feel free to correct me i could be wrong but i would recommend leaving your 1 x pcie 3.0 slots open if your are going to run dual NVMe and i would consult your motherboard manual for if your board will support sata along side dual NVMe support, i couldnt find much on this, i know my board(ASRock B450) from what ive read in my manual (again i may be wrong, i aint so goods at reeeedin) will only support 1 NVMe while i have sata plugged in instead it will downgrade to the 2nd NVMe (if i have one plugged into that slot) to m.2 sata(which for what i do on my computer (youtube, light gaming, browsing, learning, and likely but will never admit to heavy use of, you know stuff and things) is only slightly noticeable, but i can fully understand heavier workloads feeling the pain of the speed loss. hopefully i made some kind of sense with all this(really tired, but wanted to help), and was of some help.
