NYC peeps: recommendations pls

The wife and I are in NYC for the weekend. We got here yesterday and are leaving Sunday afternoon. What are some cool places to go out?

Things we have already done:
-Times Square
-Live stand-up show
-Empire State building
-Grand Central
-Walked down to Union Square

Things we are going to do:
-Phantom of the Opera (tonight)
-Run in Central Park (tomorrow morning)
-MOMA (tomorrow afternoon)

Questions:
-What's a cool place to grab a drink after a show in the theatre district?
-What to do Saturday night? Let's stick to Manhattan, and have it be something very NYC.
-Also, how much is a cab to Newark Airport, and how long does it take Sunday morning/afternoon? Debating the train vs the cab...
