Much better than those ugly oakley's, in my opinion.

those actually look pretty good. But, the sides would have to be thicker to accommodate the mp3 player components I'd think.

side note: what modeling program did you use to make those?

Rhino3D.

Industry secret: I basically took my roommates Oakleys and my other roommates Sony Earphones and modeled them together.

THere was no actual engineering involved... so the technical stuff (like whats actually inside the frame) isn't exactly accurate...there is a USB port on the lower side of the left frame, but youcan't see it.

yep.

Just think, in 5-10 years, you'll see a picture of similar-looking glasses, but instead of a measly 256MB flash mp3 player, you'll have a 10Ghz, AMD 128-bit CPU, 6.0GB of RAM, integerated ATI Radeon X15000 videocard, THX/simulated 6.1 surround sound, noise-cancelling headphones, twin eye-piece LCDs simulating a 30" wide screen, built-in WiFi, built-in BlueTooth, built-in cellphone...all in a small package that is air-cooled by the wind in your hair and is controlled by brainwaves and the movement of your eyes.

Disclaimer: may give you a brain tumor!

I heard that in 1990. It' not coming, in 10 years, you will have a shuttle box, the same size as now, but with a 1Thz cpu and appropriate componentss.

I think I'd like to see a pic of someone wearing those... so I can point and laugh.
