If/when Cuomo runs I think he'll likely be looked upon favorably by the DNC and you will then become a righty

BTW, that's not a joke, I get crap for not loving everything tossed my way. IF he were elected I'll become even more of a Trump/Mitch type and for others than yourself and some others GFY in advance.
I would prefer Cuomo to Trump because honestly he's not as bad. That being said, he's still very bad.

As a NY resident you know that our AG and Cuomo give zero fucks about that. It's a state matter and Barr and Trump will be gone. Now if Trump wants to fight he can but he can't use government resources and has no more rights than you or I other than the courtesy of SS protection, something that can be modified or removed.

NY will eat him alive if it wishes. The only fly in the ointment is Cuomo being as self-centered as far as advancing himself politically and may broker a deal with Congressional Republicans for a chit to be called in when he runs for President.

That's ridiculous. The GOP won't give Cuomo jack shit no matter what he does. Nice innuendo, however.

Pretty much Satan is in a tie with Trump. Neither is running when Cuomo takes a shot at it and it's hard to come up with a worse Dem candidate.

So Graham used three brain cells and deduced it would probably be a *BAD* idea, a PR nightmare and catalyst to the process known as end of days for the GOP to have Obama testify before the Senate.

I think they should do it.

Cuomo would be a fool to trust Republicans to honor their word about anything.

Democrats should call Lindsay's bluff and invite Obama themselves. The last time it was Obama vs a room full of Republicans he wiped up the floor with them.

It was so bad Fox cut the live feed.

Repubs won't give a flying rat's ass about Trump after he's out of office, anyway. Shee-it. They're more likely to turn on him to save their own hides. They know he'd do the same for them.

That Cuomo would cut a deal with the GOP to let Trump off the hook. It's ridiculous.

You don't know very much. Cuomo is EXACTLY that kind of person if it worked in his calculated scheme. What is ridiculous is someone who has no idea of what's been happening while Cuomo has been in office rising to save his honor. You think Esky is a Trump fan? Closet Republican? Cuomo could shoot someone in the street and you would circle the wagons.

You don't know Jack, or Cuomo in this case.

I'm not defending Cuomo. I'm just saying you're being ridiculous. Cuomo would get a lot more out of peeling off Trump's hide than letting him keep it. "I put Trump in prison!" would undoubtedly help Cuomo's career.

You know, its nice that he's being a bit honest for a change. And by honest, I mean finally owning up to the clownfucking Republican reverse duck call (which is to say them farting into his mouth to get him to quack for them) that he's obviously been. Also nice he's dropped his Mr Magoo act, although, its awfully convenient how its so he can declare his perfect seeing of the future and how the evil Democrat is going to put, literally his own words, Turmp AND Satan (you know the dumbass Christian mythological made up boogeyman devil/demon?), to shame. I don't know if he's been over sucking down Cheez'sballs and that's how he got posessed by the Cheezdemons or what, but goddamn, its amazing how Turmp's circus just can't seem to have enough clowns.

I'm not surprised at his "Oh you disagree with me?!? You would defend Cuomo no matter what even if he killed someone!" argument considering he's the dipshit that after someone didn't agree with him on gun control (or rather his opinion that any is evil) he called the person a rapist.

At least we'll get a cutesy name for his future conspiracy theory. The Cuomover. Who am I kidding, it'd just be Cuomogate.

I think they should do it.

He's rapidly approaching the "run through the Rose Garden with his underpants on his head howling at the moon" stage:

Trump - "If I were a Senator or Congressman, the first person I would call to testify about the biggest political crime and scandal in the history of the USA, by FAR, is former President Obama. He knew EVERYTHING. Do it @LindseyGrahamSC, just do it. No more Mr. Nice Guy. No more talk!"

It would be great if they gave Obama the national spotlight at a congressional hearing.

Dear Mr. Obama,

I'm willing to lend you my microphone... oh, hell, I'll just GIVE it to you. Just tested it, makes a loud echoing THUNK when you drop it.

He knows he can't launch an actual criminal investigation into this bogus nonsense, so he throws his buddy Lindsey under the bus by putting him on the hook for it. Trump says "no more talk!" when he's the one doing all the talking himself. Do it Lindsey...

After all...Obama can't have committed a crime. As Donald has told us, when someone is president, "their authority is total".

This shit has become so stupid that it gives me a headache on how and why people, who are normally very intelligent, are buying into this stupidity. I get Trump. He's only got a few actual moves that he can do that work for him. You can tell because when it doubt, he always goes back to them. His biggest is "us vs them" stupidity. I'll give credit, he's found a way to throw the stupidest shit out there and declare the mainstream media is part of it and covering it up. Forget you can't get 4 people to agree to where to eat, somehow this vast conspiracy includes I guess hundreds of people... including a bunch that make their money by showing when stuff happens... of course they won't report on it because they're part of "them", and somehow part of this grand conspiracy.

Now that everyone is looking at what happened in the beginning of the year, and watching his buddies get saved from crimes they fucking admitted to doing.. he's got to do something to divert attention. Why not bring Obama back into it? It's a 2 for.. You get to divert attention from your mistakes by stoking old hatreds and also get to smear the presumed Democratic contender. Somehow.. the normally sound, intelligent people that have gotten so into the woods on "my team is better than yours..", that they'll go "yeah.. that makes sense. Obama did commit a crime so huge that we can't even get into it". I morn the loss of critical thinking..

Perhaps people were not nearly as intelligent as believed.
Certainly were NEVER educated on critical thinking. (Is anyone, actually?)

I took a class in high school on it. It was required where I went.

If he feels that's the right move in Cuomo's opinion. I hope you are right.

Well he called off the ethics investigation he wanted when it got too close to home and Silver? The Feds had to come in on that one. So if you like corruption then Trump and Cuomo are your guys unless having D after Cuomo makes things OK. Funny that people who can't stand Trump back corruption in others.

I can't speak for Jhhnn, but it *was* a pretty crappy thing to do from a national security perspective. Which is, of course, perfectly in keeping with this administration.

Oh, and there absolutely was a legal requirement for Trump's taxes to be provided to the House Ways and Means committee upon request.

I disagree. If you are going to out someone you should be doing it in a public way. Not hiding under an unneeded classification of documents.

Provided for the House Ways and Means is not the same as thrown out for the public as I stated as in true transparency.

Don't pick the wrong dog in this fight. The Obama administration did things properly. "Unmasking" means uncovering improper or illegal actions and there's none of that. If you buy into that then you are against the proper actions in pursuit of the rule of law. So pick one, Trump and his ilk and their misrepresenting and directly attacking the rule of law or Obama's legal one.

That is exactly what we have, no buts, no excuses, no maybes.

So for or against Trump in this?

I'm not even talking about Trump at this moment.

It is my opinion they were out to get the Trump Administration and or Trump and set up an attempt by screwing over Flynn after bankrupting him and threats. As many stated they saw no evidence of wrongdoing by Flynn.

Other than the felony he committed by lying to the FBI, you mean?

As I’ve said before there will be attempts to weaponize federal law enforcement against Trump’s political enemies this summer, especially if he continues to lose as he is right now and becomes more desperate.
it's already started, we're getting flooded with trump ads going negative on biden as that is all he has.
