I say put up or shut up. Lots of people have hinted at Graham allegations (I.e. Trump supposedly has him by the balls because he knows about the “young boys in Afghanistan Graham had brought to his room” or some shit.) If there’s a solicitation charge in there somewhere, then those making allegations should sign a sworn affidavit or make the allegation under oath. If there’s no crime involved between consenting adults, then whatever, just hearsay. I hate LG as much as the next Democrat but what he does in the bedroom is his business.

By the way, what is a "political crime"?

Is there even such a thing? Are there actual laws that govern politicking?

Isn't a political crime just "politics," at least from the GOP perspective?

See Scooter Libby, Iran Contra, Lee Atwater vs. Gary Hart, CREEP...pretty much anything that Roger Stone or Roy Cohn were ever involved with. Of course, many of these political crimes also involved actual crimes.

I totally agree...If true...Graham being gay would be no big deal at all, and it shouldn't effect him holding any public office...But, he's a champion of anti-gay legislation. That makes him a phony and a hypocrite. And that IS worth pointing out, especially among his gay constituents who suffer for his internal conflicts.

Too bad politics now requires a public figure's private life to become far more public. it seems to be to late to undo that Pandora's Box.

I love the whole "Spying!" routine, the way it evokes the right wing persecution complex. Maybe it stems from surveillance of white supremacists. I mean, if I were running for Prez, I'd expect the FBI to cover my back & let me know if hostile foreign actors were trying to compromise members of my campaign.

I'm similarly inclined. OTOH, when Graham helps Trump destroy social norms he can't expect to take refuge in them himself.
