The conservatives have been working their asses off for 5 straight years, doing their absolute damndest to tank the economy. If they had just rolled over and let Obama implement his plans, we would be in even better shape than we are now.
Now the conservatives are getting dirtier than ever. They see a robust DJIA and realize that if it continues as is for a few more years, the Democrats will cream them in the next election cycle. For purely partisan reasons, they are actively trying to detonate the US economy with this latest move. They are quite literally, EVIL parasites. Anne Isabella Ritchie, the daughter of William Makepeace Thackeray, (who, if her photograph is any guide, was a studious young woman) wrote a story titled Mrs. Dymond, sometime in the 1880s and it includes this line.
