1: Does everyone get Healthcare?

If the answer is yes, then there is only one way to pay for it. Single payer.​

The ACA is an attempt to do this without paying for it. The resulting consequences send shockwaves through the system. Insurers fleeing, providers straining. It's ugly out there. You cannot mandate something that is not paid for and expect the system to survive for long.

The problem with ACA or single payer is the big elephant in the room that was never addressed , cost controls, you can't have insurance for all while corporate pharmaceuticals and other health providers want to legally dictate prices.

Obamacare should have taken care of that first, including overturning the Bush era no price negotiations law since they had the votes at the time.

Even this law of the jungle thing doesn't apply. In this supposedly rich country (whose leaders never tire of proclaiming at as the greatest nation on earth, and top it off, God's gift to the world) so many even working people don't have health access. This even includes many medical professionals themselves.
