With the recent news on Conroe though, I'm leaning toward holding off upgrading my PC until September/October. I may just go with an Xbox 360 to play Oblivion now

No, they explicitly stated they are not using Starforce :thumbsup:
I think they're using SecureROM7, but I'm not 100% on that - saw it mentioned somewhere.
