There was a great interview on democracynow.org(Oct. 25) about Goldman Sachs using bailout money to hurt small community oriented banks associated with OWS.

This information isn't important to people that unquestioningly get on their knees to protect the wealthy(I can't think of anything to be more passionate about). While I don't really think a few of the protesters really know what they're protesting, the fact remains, they are doing more than you or I in expressing their political beliefs. That is a fact.

I don't think anyone is surprised by the violence, i'm certainly not. It's my opinion it will escalate over time. I did find this story pretty funny about how many of the tents in "occupy London" are empty at night.

Oakland has 400K people and is only across the bay from San Francisco, another 800K, the bastion of liberalism, and only one thousand people showed up. lol.

The Tea Party is full of some of the most horrible people to ever pay attention to politics.
We haven't really gotten to see what will happen with the OWS people. Maybe they'll make a change for the good, maybe they'll disappear, maybe they'll be like the Tea Party and bitch and moan only to vote for exactly what they bitched against.
The Tea Party pulled an Animal Farm and ended up becoming what they claimed to hate. The OWS movement is too new to really see where it'll go. But at least the OWS people are bitching at the right people in this problem.
