I have listened for about 5 minutes (the extent of my attention span since they keep repeating the same stuff) and the protesters have been chanting stuff like peace, we are non-violent, offering the police donuts, the guy with the megaphone saying that the cops are just doing their jobs, etc... Basically they are being rather courteous to the police.

The only disagreement they have is that it appears the city is trying to shut down the protest altogether by removing the places they can protest. The protesters believe that they have the right to peacefully assemble. Amusingly you are on the side of the argument that goes against our Constitutional rights yet you will defend at all costs one of your other constitutional rights.

What makes you think that supporting the erosion of some rights won't lead to the erosion of the others?

That is the real irony here, I might not support all of their messages but I do support their right because I believe in freedom. You for some reason think that one right is absolutely ironclad yet the others are extremely flexible. If your viewpoint succeeds it will make grabbing your guns that much easier.
