This just in: Jury of people who were actually at work while dirtbags milled around the streets committing crimes find officers not guilty!

This just in: Jury of people who were actually at work pandering to the 1% so that they can feed their families sympathize with the 99% Occupy movement. Relying only on facts and the law they find the officers guilty!

Oh shut up, you hypocritical mound of elephant dung. That's pretty much all you do (aside from mindlessly parroting the nutter talking points, of course). Time and again you've been challenged to back up your BS, only to sputter insults and run away. I'll bet I could bump a dozen examples in this thread alone. And then there's your incessant whining, "Why didn't you call him out too?", even as you prove yourself blindly one-sided. You are worthless.

oh good more personal attacks.

I see you haven't had any more original thoughts outside of your standard personal attacks.

The police presence at Occupy rallies has increased dramatically and they're using more force to attempt to break up this peaceful movement. Evidence that OWS is WINNING.

That must be the war in Vietnam approach - accomplish nothing, but say it enough time that it sounds true?

As the Occupy movements gain momentum it becomes financially more difficult for them to silence it. When it becomes difficult to ignore they will finally begin to listen.

there not gaining anything.

They had to resort to violence the past few weeks to get any traction.

You do realize the actual support and numbers are waning, right? After that big rally in NYC they should've gotten off their asses and come up with policy ideas; it very well may be too late to accomplish anything politically.

Oakland Police sued over crowd control tactics at recent Occupy rallies.

Says in the article from Talk Radio :

"The lead plaintiff is Timothy Scott Campbell, a self-described anarchist who was injured by a police projectile while shooting video of a second confrontation between police and protesters on Nov. 3."

"Self-described anarchist" Who ever expected such honesty from #Occupy? Not me.

Well their news coverage has dropped... I really don't follow your logic. When there's a high speed police chase or a door to door search for a cop killer, there's tons of news coverage. I just think people don't care about OWS. I'm not a politically motivated person, but I know I don't care.

lol... you've never been a part of a labor union have you? no you haven't, you're just as misinformed as all the other idiots. labor unions only care about themselves, not even the industry, if crashing an industry would prevent others from gaining the strength they have, they would do it. mind you this wouldn't be the original mind set of most, you know the 99%, of union members, but from the top? yeah they're no fucking different and usually pretty good buddies with those who run business.

Except I'm not anti-Union! OH SNAP! I believe in their usefulness and believe they're protected by our first amendment so what now? Doesn't mean they aren't just as corrupt at the top as any other institution. It also makes it far easier to trick people into buying their bullshit because they're "the little guy" as well.

Just an FYI, I didn't expect anything more from you than what I got. I know how you answer and how closed minded you are.

First a classic anti-union rant followed by a fuzzy backtrack, with the usual bfdd negativity attached.

"It's hopeless! They're all corrupt!"

If unions and union leadership were "just as corrupt" as Wall St or Congressional Repubs, they'd be sitting on the sidelines, whistling Dixie, or feigning ignorance, like the whole "they don't know what they want" crowd, or joining the anti-OWS chorus.

That's not what's happening, is it?

They're onboard, in an open & upfront way. If that's corrupt, then you have a very strange definition of corrupt.

More good news for OWS:
The Seattle city council officially supports Occupy Seattle.
http://occupyseattle.org/blog/2011-11-14/seattle-city-council-supports-occupy-seattle

Other city governments supporting their Occupiers: LA, Buffalo, Victoria, BC, San Francisco. Winning.

Such commitment!

"Seattle now joins such cities as Los Angeles, Buffalo, NY, Victoria, BC, and San Francisco in its support of the Occupy movement. The Council today passed resolution 31337 recognizing and supporting the exercise of First Amendment rights by Occupy Seattle as a fundamental right in the effort to redress economic injustice in America today. The resolution was introduced by Councilmember Nick Licata, cosponsored by Mike O’Brien and passed unanimously."

You've been granted your 1st Amendment Rights by a city council and you think that's winning?

For a person who doesn't care, you seem to spend a lot of time commenting on it...

OWS isn't timed to the news cycle, nor is it sensationalist headline grabbing stuff like chasing down a cop killer in a high speed pursuit. It doesn't try to be. It's something that won't go away w/o a fight, that's all, like the problems they try to address.

Which is why the Right is attacking it so hard- they want us to accept a shrinking share of the pie, accept higher unemployment & higher debt loads, accept financial chicanery as a substitute for honest growth, accept plutonomy, accept the idea that it's their right to grab us all by the short & curlies, tug anytime they want.

It's an awakening. Not one where we wake up suddenly, bright & chipper, but one that's a little groggy, disoriented, punching the snooze button a couple of times, but the alarm won't go away... we try to ignore it, but it won't go away...

Weren't you just ranting about unlawful assembly & blah, blah, blah?

And now you pooh-pooh municipalities having the temerity to recognize OWS' constitutional rights?

Which side of your mouth will you talk out of next?

You think it's winning if a City Council affirms your Rights? Hell, if i'd been on the Council i'd have voted for this resolution also, which should tell you how deep your support is. Did the City Council say anyplace that it's OK for the #Occupy thugs to break the law? Nope, i didn't think so.

Dancing pretty hard, are you?

Many municipalities declare the activities of OWS to be illegal because they don't have permits, because it's illegal to sleep in the park or put up tents, because of a dozen or so chickenshit ways used to attempt to deny them the right to peaceable assembly.

But when municipalities don't do that, when they side with OWS' rights instead, why, that's not a victory at all, according to you.

You'd have denied that black people getting to ride at the front of the bus was a victory for civil rights, that it was the beginning of the end for segregation.

Now is when it gets tricky for the Righties, and the denialists, when OWS achieves legitimacy, despite the attacks & the lies.

Be afraid. Be very, very, afraid. You were from the start- afraid of what you refuse to understand, afraid of what it might mean if they're right & the social dominance orientation you worship loses ground to the proles... the unwashed masses... the dirty hippies.

I gotta laugh at that clusterfuck of hyperbole. I also love the way you call any law you don't like as chickenshit. They may be unwashed, but they're no hippies, i'm old enough to know the real thing.

Wow, putting up tent in public park = Civil Rights Movement

Keep this up and no one will take you seriously.
