That's some Wall Street accounting if you believe that Bush part of TARP has been paid back. Bush bailed out AIG. That funneled hundreds of billions to save the banks from what would have been enormous counter-party losses on bets insured by AIG. That money has not been paid back.

He never insinuated that Obama was solely responsible for TARP. If anyone has a problem with basic English comprehension skills...it's you.
The fact of the matter is that Obama played a significant role with TARP and, in my opinion, Spidey asked a very legitimate question.
The movement should have been Occupy Manufacturing and these guys should have just taken over abandoned manufacturing facilities and the such. Just take it over and start doing whatever, fix it up, make something or at least show that you're willing to do something other than bitch in places that don't really matter.

Taxi driver Mike Tupea, a Romanian immigrant, said his car had been stuck amid the protesters for 40 minutes.
"I have to make a living. I pay $100 for 12 hours for this cab. I am losing money every minute,'" he said. "I have all my sympathies for this movement but let me do my living, let working people make a living."

Nathan Storey, 29, was one of the protesters there. He was telling a couple of Wall Street workers that the sidewalks were occupied and that they had to turn around and be escorted by police if they wanted to get through
